Sweedish imports has worked on my Volvo XC90 now 3 times and has done excellent work each time. They’re affordable, and provide loaner cars which is incredibly helpful. Best in the business!!

They got me in quickly when I was having a hard time figuring out why my son’s Saab wouldn’t start and had the car back to me the same day! Can’t ask for much more than that! Price was reasonable for the work performed. Could have saved myself a lot of time and headache if I’d just brought it to them right away :)

Took our 2017 Volvo V60 in for complete service and inspection this week. It’s at 117K miles so time for the timing belt to be changed. They did a great job inspecting and then advising us what needed to be fixed, what didn’t and what can wait. If you have a Volvo or a Saab (yes, they work on them too!) I would definitely recommend them. I think they work on a lot of different car brands, but all I can say is they really know their way around Volvos!

I have a 25 year old Volvo convertible. I go here because they know I only put 1,000 miles on it each year and they keep it running. No upsell, just great advice and no pressure. Thanks JJ and the crew. Highly recommended!!!

JJ and his team at Swedish Imports in Durham are outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism, honesty, and expertise was clear. JJ took the time to explain everything in detail without any pressure, making sure I fully understood what my vehicle needed and why. What really stood out was the customer service—his staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. The work was completed on time, and my car runs better than ever. It’s not easy to find a shop you can fully trust, but JJ and his team have absolutely earned that trust. If you’re looking for knowledgeable technicians, fair pricing, and top-tier service, I highly recommend Swedish Imports.
